Return and Refund Policy

Damage & Significant Delays

If a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Contact us to arrange this, and we will coordinate with The Print Space.

Refunds are provided only if a product arrives damaged or experiences significant delivery delays (excluding normal postage delays or customs-related delays). What constitutes a significant delay is determined at our discretion. We may request that the product be returned for disposal. Return shipping in these cases will be at our expense, and refunds may be withheld until the product is returned.

Other Refunds

No refunds other than those stated above are available. All sales are final once the product is accepted by and in the possession of the purchaser.
